3rd Day in Ipoh

We will be visiting the places of interests in Ipoh today i.e. the four famous caves.

The Perak Tong. It is a limestone cave temple with over 40 buddha statues. Beyond the main altar, there is a passage which leads into the interior of the cave and a steep climb of 385 steps which will bring us a wonderful view of the surrounding countryside.

Talking about the 385 steps, I think we had only climbed about 100 steps and we were already panting away. Since we can't go on any further, might as well take a picture to note our efforts.

Next, we went to the Kek Lok Tong. Kek Long Tong is quite similar to the Perak Tong, it is also a limestone cave temple with a number of buddha statues.

The difference between the two was the view of a beautiful garden.

Our last destination was Nam Tien Tong. We had wanted to go to another cave temple, Sam Poh Tong, but it was closed on that day so we went to Nam Tien Tong which was beside it.

That's the end of our visits to the places of interests.

When we reached home, we saw this "lok lok" hawker peddling around for business. Yeye asked the hawker to our doorstep for us to cook and eat our fill. Sheneice enjoyed it so much.

After a round of eating and resting, it's time for Sheneice to take a bath. The weather was sooooo hot that she had no problem bathing with well water. Don't worry, I did not risk my Sheneice's life in the well and that is not a well. The well water is contained in a cement tub used for bathing.

After we have all taken our bath, Daddy decided to bring us for a ride and took some photos of the beautiful sunset.

We are going home the next day.
